THE TRAILS RESIDENCE

Located in The Trails Neighborhood of East County San Diego, The Trails residence was a full remodel including a new 450 S.F. addition making the French County style home a total of 6,379 S.F. The design concept was to create large living family spaces to gather which flow outdoors to take in the outdoor living lifestyle of San Diego. With an outdoor kitchen ramada adjacent to a large patio and nearby pool, most of the entertaining and living is experienced outdoors. A two sided fireplace is located withing the dining terrace enabling the outdoor season to be enjoyed all year long.
