The Beachside Cottage Residence is designed within the French Normandy style that is consistent with the San Malo Enclave and beach community. After a full remodel, and a new addition, the completed project encompasses over 7,200 S.F. of beach living The design takes advantage of a central interior courtyard that serves to screen a private pool.
