NEPTUNE RESIDENCE

The Neptune Residence is a 4,900 S.F. Mediterranean style residence that was designed with an open floor plan on the main floor allowing for family and outdoor entertainment. The living spaces are placed along the North side of the residence allowing the South to be host to the swimming pool and outdoor loggia which take in views of the Pacific Ocean across the street, and the Encinitas coastline.
