The Moonlight Beach Residence is a 4,500 S.F. warm contemporary style beach house designed as a second home for weekend getaways. Located directly adjacent to Moonlight State Beach, the main floor terrace, upstairs deck, & rooftop deck provide expansive views to the Pacific Ocean. Interior spaces are opened to the outside by use of sliding doors, and the use of natural materials creates a warm, comfortable environment to enjoy beach living.
