The 7,500 S.F. La Jolla Crafstman Residence was completely remodeled and designed to take advantage of the Pacific Ocean views from the living spaces and outdoor terrace while maintaining the existing height restrictions. To enhance the owners lifestyle, the plan became open and all non-entertaining, private spaces were relocated to a newly created lower floor.
The La Jolla Craftsman Residence received the "2009 Dream Home Award - Best Whole House Remodel"
