Size: 5,500 S.F.
The 5,500 S.F. La Jolla Courtyard Residence was a whole house remodel with the Southern Ranch style in mind. The house meanders around a central U-shaped courtyard, and the existing entry was relocated to the inside courtyard for an intimate entry experience. Spaces opposite the courtyard open up to expansive views overlooking the Pacific Ocean.
