Pacific Beach Residences

The Pacific Beach Residences were a developers dream discovery. An existing California bungalow was built over the property line of the two contiguous properties which at the time, joined them as one. The existing bunglaow was removed, reacreating the two original lots.

 

Two (2) new craftsman style homes were created both of similar plan of 2,300 S.F. with plenty of large openings allowing for an abundance of seaside light and air year round. The design of the homes both allow for outdoor spaces on all floors, including a rooftop terraces. The homes are walking distance from downtown Pacific Beach and all its attractions, the pier, and Pacific Beach itself.
