SANTALUZ HILLTOP RESIDENCE

The Santaluz Hilltop Residence is situated atop a 3 acre parcel offering 360 degree views of the surrounding canyons and frequent sightings of local hot air balloons. Designed for a young couple, the concept was to create a residence in the “Tuscan Farmhouse” style and incorporate a combination of indoor and outdoor living spaces for the single story home. The clients also desired to feel as though they were being transported to Tuscany, with views of the surrounding hills. To achieve this concept the floorplan is intended to create a series of exterior courtyards, covered loggia’s, and exterior building materials typical in Tuscan design.
